These books are a few of the big boys’ favorites! We have given these as birthday gifts all year because, yes, I’m THAT mom! I figure that kids get so many toys for their birthdays that a book or two is good for them.
The boys know every word of the Martha book and every time we eat green beans M says, “I like green beans. But Martha doesn’t!”
G laughed so hard the first few times he read The Obstinate Pen that I thought he’d pee his pants! He made us read it three or four times in a row the first time. He loved it!
